The Quick Mixer "Speedmix" DFML basically consists of a horizontal housing with two bottom flaps and a mixing motor that rotates around a horizontal axis. The feed can be distributed along the entire length of the inlet.

The bottom flaps extend along the entire length of the mixer and ensure fast and complete emptying of the mixer. The bottom flaps are sealed with inflatable rubber seals made from closed profiles. A locking lever prevents the bottom flaps from opening in the event of a power failure.
The impeller runs on bearings outside the mixer casing. It has a side cleaning door. The Quick Mixer "Speedmix" DFML consists of the following main units: *Mixing cortex
