Technical specifications:
1. the control of the machine is supervised from the control panel Mitsubishi controller.
The machine operates in an automatic cycle.
The controller has the following operating programmes:
- automatic operation mode with control of the product level in the tank
- presence of packages
- cyclic operation mode - one cycle
- dose regulation
The control system switches off the dispensers in the following cases:
- lack of pressure
- opening of covers
- lack of packaging
The control system is also equipped with:
- visual and acoustic signalling of the operating state
2. Control cabinet - IP 65, located inside the unit, equipped with ventilation and a heat sink. In addition, the electrical cabinet and control panel are equipped with anti-condensation heaters.
3. The stepper conveyor is equipped with:
- a chain with packaging guide sockets, performs a clockwise movement adapted to the operation of the free-standing dispenser,

Failure to take a lid from the tray shuts down the machine, the operator fills in the missing pack and starts the station from the operator's console, after the lid is detected by the control system the machine runs a full cycle, the lids must be suitable for use in automatic feeders.
