MACHINE EQUIPMENT:
1. AUTOMATIC TEMPERATURE REGULATION SYSTEM - PowerWizard™ is an innovative solution designed to ensure temperature stability during the preform heating process. This system allows you to eliminate interference resulting from temperature fluctuations and voltage surges powering the machine. PowerWizard™ - accurately and automatically adjusts the amount of heat radiated towards the preforms by comparing and analyzing the correct preform temperature and the set (nominal) temperature. The closed system guarantees stable and repeatable quality of the process while protecting it against the unfavorable influence of external factors.

2. The air recovery system allows for the reuse (recycling) of the air used for the main exhaust (high pressure system 25 – 40 BAR). At the end of each machine cycle, the air is directed into a special tank instead of being released into the atmosphere. It is stored and reused for other machine processes. Thanks to the use of a heat recovery system, only the main exhaust system requires an external source - a compressor. The remaining systems work using recycled air.
